Transportation Service Fees are as follows:

$25.00 each way for trips under ten miles if you will not need us to push you in your chair.

$30.00 each way for trips under ten miles if you will need us to push you in your chair.

$2.00 additional per mile after 10 miles.

$1 dollar per minute additional fee for wait times exceeding fifteen minutes.

$1.00 dollar per minute for personal assistance time exceeding fifteen minutes for personal assistance during your trip, such as help with getting into a doctor's office, help with shopping, or similar matters of assistance.
